Refund Policy

Standard Refund Window

Customers may request a refund up to 48 hours before the event start time. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.

How to Request a Refund

Log in to your GroovTix account, navigate to My Tickets, and select the ticket you wish to refund. Click Request Refund and provide a reason. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Service Fees

Platform service fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Ticket face value will be refunded in full for eligible requests.

Fraud & Abuse

GroovTix reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Accounts with repeated refund patterns may be subject to review or suspension.
