By accessing or using GroovTix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to purchase tickets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event organiser or our refund policy. Prices displayed include all applicable fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent and refund the purchase price.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use GroovTix to resell tickets above face value, create fraudulent accounts, circumvent security measures, scrape or copy platform content without permission, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on GroovTix, including logos, design, software, and text, is owned by GroovTix or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
GroovTix provides the platform as a marketplace between buyers and event organisers. We are not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by organisers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tickets in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GroovTix operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
